Organizational accounts
PearsonAssessments.com has two types of accounts – Personal accounts that show on the website as ‘My account’ and organizational accounts (business accounts) for clinics, hospitals, schools, school districts, etc.
Every web user by default has a personal account as it allows access to update your personal information and any qualifications. You may also order under this account if you are the qualified user and purchasing for yourself.
Customers associated to any additional organizational accounts have capabilities such as being able to order under the organizational account, use other qualified individuals for the order who are employed by the organization, or utilize purchase orders.
Adding organization accounts
Using your customer account number found on past invoices is the most accurate way to search and add an existing organization to your profile but it can also be done by organization name. You can add a new or existing Organization account in three ways.
- When prompted in web registration
- In the ‘Choose Customer Account’ section of checkout (select account not listed)
- When signed in, click your profile dropdown (v next to the black circle with your initials in the top right navigation), then select your ‘Accounts’ page. Use the "add account" button displayed at the top right of the Accounts page.
Unable to find existing customer account
If you are unable to find an existing account, please do not create a new account and instead contact Customer Care for assistance. Creation of duplicate accounts may cause customer issues such as lock outs of connected Q-global accounts.
